Junior Strength Training

Wednesdays | November 11- December 20 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. Our youth fitness classes are designed to help youth be more active through cardio exercise, calisthenics and using strength equipment. Instructors will teach appropriate ways to exercise, how to incorporate equipment into the routine and will provide healthy lifestyle tips. After completion, the participant can use the cardio and strength equipment along with a parent.
